Oliver Forslin - Ultimate Hypertrophy 1.0 Training Program
This program is based on what I have personally found been working for me since I started working out when it comes to getting bigger and stronger in the gym. It is a 7-day split, six days in the gym, and one day off, hypertrophy based training split. Exercises, sets, repetitions, rest time and cardio are also included besides the workout split.
